The right to a refund is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
If you decide you don't want to use the plugin, you'll get a full refund if you let us know within the first 30 days of purchase. A reason for the cancellation is welcome but it is not required. You can also report a cancellation without an explanation and you will get the refund.
A reference for the purchase must be sent by e-mail or by using the support form.
