The right to a refund is valid for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
If you decide you don't want to use the plugin, you'll get a full refund if you let us know within the first 30 days of purchase. A reason for the cancellation is welcome but it is not required. You can also report a cancellation without an explanation and you will get the refund.
A reference for the purchase must be sent by e-mail or by using the support form. The reference indicates the e-mail address used in connection with the purchase or the license key received after the purchase. After cancellation, the license key will be deactivated in our system and will not work in WordPress.
Refund Process
After submitting your cancellation request, a refund will be initiated immediately and every effort will be made to process it as quickly as possible. However, please note that it might take up to 20 days until your financial institution has processed the refund and it appears on your bank account and/or card.
Refunds Related to a Purchase of a Partner Plugin Bundle
dxw3 can only refund purchases made through the dxw3 website shop. If you decide to buy a package including a dxw3 product and a partner's product, it is possible that it is not possible to refund the purchase. You may be able to get a refund from our partner according to their terms. If the dxw3 partner refunds the product you bought from our partner, the license of the dxw3 product will be canceled and any money paid via the dxw3 web shop will be refunded as requested by the customer.
